The Guardian of Pure Land

The Kuan Shi Yin Bodhisattva, known for compassionate and great love for all sentient beings, gave up Buddhahood just for all sentient beings. Besides Amitabha himself, Kuan Shi Yin Bodhisattva could perform escort on behalf of Amitabha Buddha to Pure Land.

Ta Shih Chi Bodhisattva, also one of the guardian of Pure Land was well known for high wisdom and intelligence. Ta Shih Chi Bodhisattva could also perform the duty of escorting anybody that earnestly chant Amitabha Buddha's name and hope for rebirth.
